Meet Raegan Eltzroth, a dedicated individual shaping her story in Clinton County, OH. As a proud wife and mother of two, Raegan has returned to her roots in Wilmington with a vision for community impact. She found her time in the program to be highly impactful and is a graduate of the 2023 class. Taking on the role of the Adult Program Coordinator for the Clinton County Leadership Institute, she is committed to fostering growth and connection. Raegan is a vibrant force, weaving family, business, and community engagement into the fabric of her journey.
Youth Program Director - Christa Jackson
Introducing Christa Jackson, a proud resident of Clinton County and an existing council member of her residential community, she's now taking on a new journey as Youth Collaborative Coordinator at Leadership Clinton. As a loving mother of 3 within the Wilmington City School District and a 2009 graduate in Psychology at Wilmington College, she takes pride in serving her community and puts her heart into each and every endeavor. Excited and ambitious, she's looking forward to empowering our youth to excel in their greatest abilities and help guide their path to a successful future.
