Introducing Elizabeth Huber, a dedicated leader and longtime advocate for Clinton County. After previously serving as Board President for Leadership Clinton, Elizabeth now steps into the role of Program Director, bringing with her a deep understanding of the organization’s mission and a strong commitment to community leadership.
Through her years of service, Elizabeth has been passionate about strengthening connections across our community and supporting programs that cultivate thoughtful, engaged leaders. Her steady leadership, collaborative spirit, and genuine care for Clinton County have made a lasting impact on the organization.
Now in this new role, Elizabeth is excited to help guide Leadership Clinton’s programs, support participants as they grow in their leadership journeys, and continue building a strong network of individuals dedicated to making our community thrive.

Introducing Christa Jackson, a proud resident of Clinton County and an existing council member of her residential community, she's now taking on a new journey as Youth Collaborative Coordinator at Leadership Clinton. As a loving mother of 3 within the Wilmington City School District and a 2009 graduate in Psychology at Wilmington College, she takes pride in serving her community and puts her heart into each and every endeavor. Excited and ambitious, she's looking forward to empowering our youth to excel in their greatest abilities and help guide their path to a successful future.

Our board meets monthly on the second Thursday of every month at 5:00 pm until usually 6/6:30 pm.
Board members are required to attend meetings and CCLI events such as Dinner in the Fields, working a shift at the Corn Festival booth, class graduations, etc.
