Jonathan McKay is a 2016 graduate of our Leadership Clinton program and a lifelong Clinton County resident.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Ohio Dominican University, where he majored in history and minored in political science. He has been employed with the Clinton County Leadership Insitute since 2020, fulfilling the role of Program Director.
Coming from a banking background, he has served as the Chief Business Development Officer for Wilmington Savings Bank, holds a Real Estate license for the State of Ohio, and formerly worked as a Realtor and Auction Assistant with Kersey Real Estate-Auction Company.
Jonathan is also a very active member of the Wilmington community; serving as a member of the Wilmington City Council, a member of the Stewardship & Finance Committee of Wilmington Friends Meeting, member of the Antique Power Club, ex-officio member of the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission, Board member of the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce, and is an avid volunteer at the Clinton County History Center. He is a recipient of the coveted Oil Can Award in Clinton County. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys working with his antique tractor collection, spending time outside, and enjoying time with his family.

Our board meets monthly on the second Thursday of every month at 5:00 pm until usually 6/6:30 pm.
Board members are required to attend meetings and CCLI events such as Dinner in the Fields, working a shift at the Corn Festival booth, class graduations, etc.
